All our products are manufactured exclusively for the client, starting 1 hour after they have placed their order on the website https://chic-homedeco.com. As such, we have a strict no return policy.
We advise our clients to verify thoroughly and contact us via email or phone before placing an order.
Under special circumstances and at the discretion of Chic Home & Deco, we may accept a return, provided these criteria are met:
- The product is unused, unwashed and in original packaging.
- The client returns the product to a pick-up location.
- A return fee of Rs 200 is settled by the client.
You have the ability to both change and cancel your order at Chic Home & Deco, if you act fast. Whether you’re looking to change size, color, or quantity – or if you just want to cancel and start over – you can do so up to 60 minutes after you have placed your order.
To make changes, and if it’s during business hours, you’ll have to send us an email. Your other option for modifying an order is to simply cancel the original order online and place a new one, within the 60-minutes timeframe.
To cancel an order, and it’s within the 60-minute window, you’ll need to visit your Orders webpage and can do so by clicking the button. Alternatively, you can email Chic Home & Deco at [email protected] to request cancellation within the 60-minutes timeframe.
A cancellation fee of Rs 100 is applicable.
After we receive and successfully process your return/cancellation, we’ll send you a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original form of payment within 3 business days. Please note that it may take up to 3 additional business days for your payment method to reflect the refund.
